Nickelodeon overnight programming crawl (late November 1984)

Before the launch of Nick at Nite in 1985 making the combined network with Nickelodeon a non-stop channel, another cable channel, usually ARTS (later A&E) would fill Nickelodeon's evening programming. Overnight, the ARTS block would either repeat, shut down for the night, or move to a specially created promo crawl set to background music for Nickelodeon. As you can see here, this crawl simply shows upcoming attractions and various programs found on the still fledgling kids cable network.
