I have a question about ratings. Those ratings for a shows that we see, do they show just how much viewers watched the whole episode of the show or they include also people that randomly tuned in for few minutes before they turned off TV/changed the channel?

Well he certainly would never visit White House ever again.
When I went for a lunch today, I saw 1 student wearing Wander over Yonder T-Shirt. Lord hater was in front and logo of the show was on the back of the T-Shirt.
So, C.H. Greenblatt apparently tried to pitch a show to Netflix but they rejected it.
I didn't knew that it was possible for streaming service to reject a show. I thought that they had zero standards on what they greenlight. -
