"Aquaman: King of Atlantis" Animated Trilogy (HBO Max) Talkback (Spoilers)

Another winner! The first part where they chase Ocean Master dragged a bit, but once they get to Fisherman's family's house, with the monsters and the Primordeus island, it picked up and I enjoyed it a lot. Stunning visuals, again hilarious animation for the characters, and many laugh out loud...

    Rejected Designs and Show Pitches

That Batman by Sam Bosma reminds me of the Batman in Year 100 very much.

"Batman: Caped Crusader (HBO Max)" Animated Series News & Discussion (Spoilers)

I'm excited, but I think the "more BTAS than BTAS" thing about having no restrictions is a double edged sword. It's been said a lot that the restrictions on BTAS made the creators come up with more creative ways of doing what they wanted to do, which worked for the best. This means , for...

"Aquaman: King of Atlantis" Animated Trilogy (HBO Max) Talkback (Spoilers)

A bit goofier than expected, but with some legit laugh out loud jokes and gags. Animation had me in stitches with all the constantly changing exagerated face expressions. Solid VA. Looking forward to the next episodes!

"Young Justice" News & Discussion Thread, Part 34 (Spoilers)

By the end, each season has skipped time so much, that the finale it's just about Nightwing, Aqualad & co. in an old folks home trying to get through the day and smashing all lamps thinking those are "the light". Old Justice. Post credit scene: It all had been a plan from Vandal Savage thought...

"DC Animation on HBO Max (Streaming Service)" News and Discussion (Spoilers)

Batman The Animated Series was finally added to HBO Max in latin america recently, and while some of the mistakes from the Blu ray version persist, the audio problems in those handful of episodes have been fixed, they sound back to normal now, and same with the score in the TAOBAR end credits...

"Aquaman: King of Atlantis (HBO Max)" News & Discussion (Spoilers)

I'm an Adventure Time fan and this reminded me a lot of that style of humor and bizarreness so honestly, I'm all in for this. Excited!

Superman: The Animated Series 25th Anniversary. What Did You Like Most About The Series and What Is Your Favorite Episode?

I can't believe after all this time I never realized STAS had its anniversary date one day after BTAS! I've seen a few posts about BTAS 29th anniversary on social media but nothing about STAS' 25th. Guess it shows which one ended up being more popular in the long run. I rewatched STAS a few...

"Injustice" Animated Feature Pre-Release News & Discussion Thread (Spoilers)

It's very odd that The Long Halloween part 2 had the sneek peak for Injustice then. Confusing!

DC Comics Animation - Comic Book News & Discussion Thread, Part 2 (Possible Spoilers)

Are there any plans to release collections of Batman: Gotham Adventures in proper volume form like the Batman Adventures and B&R Adventures? I've been re-reading those lately and having a great time. Would love to have the Gotham Adventures ones since I've never read them. I've seen they're...

RIP Ed Asner, Voice of Roland Daggett and Granny Goodness in the DCAU

When Dagget walked free at the end of "Appointment in Crime Alley", I'm sure everyone's as angry as Batman. Great writing, a great "love to hate" villain, with a flawless performance delivered by Ed
