  • CN let the OK KO crew know their show was canceled early enough for the crew to make an actual finale. Nick screwed over Harvey Beaks without a second thought, avoided telling CH Greenblatt about it(later finding out through a tweet), and forced him to apologize when he complained. You are now no longer allowed to complain about how CN treats it’s creators and shows badly.

    I agree. Some would say they really could've advertised KO more, which I agree with to some extent, but 3 seasons is still a better run and it's safe to say they actually have more stuff to fall back on.

    One of the things that must have killed Universal Kids was not premiering upcoming DreamWorks shows there instead of Netflix.

    Could be that, back when it first premiered, most of the preschool block were pretty much took almost portion of the time slot as non-preschool shows were shown around late when kids are close to bedtime, but all they aired was a few acquired live action show and King Julien, by which many had already seen it on Netflix.

    Maybe new shows would have made it slightly more popular, as well as cutting down the preschool show and playing classic shows at night.
    With how many times Lion King got rereleased why are they remaking it

    Shout out to the people who watch Universal Kids.

    One more Summer of flops and then the big studios will start taking their risky movies to the channels they own rather than risking theaters. They'll keep doing this with Netflix at first, but the streaming service will get tired of being a dumping ground and start refusing most of them.

    TiL Jetix Scandinavia aired Lizzie McGuire, Magic School Bus, the preschool show Tiny Planets, and Eerie Indiana... on the same schedule.
    Does anyone have recordings of the syndicated 1997 Mr Men cartoon? It’s technically a dub of the 1995 UK cartoon, but with the exception of three full episodes and a few clips, it’s been lost to time forever.
    For a die-hard Universal Kids hater and being too old for preschool shows, I am waaaaaaaay too excited for Where’s Waldo and Norman Picklestripes.
    So... Universal Kids is really airing Totally Spies. This makes it the third network in the US to broadcast it. First was Fox/ABC Family, followed by Cartoon Network after ABC Family made it clear that they didn't want to air cartoons that weren't Jetix(or its prototype), and eventually family programming in general(outside of the holidays). I don't know how to feel.

    Here's some pick that Universal Kids will aired some 90's and 2000's shows by 2019,
    * The Three Friends and Jerry
    * Untalkative Bunny
    * Martin Mystery
    * Hero 108
    * Atomic Betty
    * Team Galexy
    * The New Woody Woodpecker Show
    * 90's and 2000's Power Rangers series
    * Oggy and the Cockroaches
    * Space Goofs

    I can only currently imagine Martin Mystery and Team Galaxy(because they’re made by the same company as totally spies) and Woody Woodpecker(duh) at the moment, but I made a universal kids rant where I made my own version without dreamworks shows, and oggy was one of the shows

    They should also pick up Martin Mystery. Season 3 of the show has never been aired on TV in the USA along with one Season 2 episode.
