Cartoon Network especially since they're focused more on digital releases now.
To be honest, I'm surprised Nick did this before either of their competitors (I'm not counting Boomerang here because I'm specifically referring to regular CN) since they've always been behind CN and Disney in terms of streaming.
With the fewer risks that streaming and digital distribution have, I can see the big three using Netflix or another streaming service to greenlight cartoons they probably would've passed on.
