yes but haim saban owned half of fox family worldwide which fox family worldwide owned saban entertainment, if fox were to buy haim saban stake in the joint venture instead selling all of fox family worldwide, fox would own all of saban entertainment/international, fox kids worldwide, a stake in fox kids europe, sip animation and the dubbing rights to its animes like digimon

If Disney didn't buy Fox Family in the first place, I'm pretty sure they launch Jetix as a separate channel in the United States.

They brought it in like september 2001

The problem is that Fox Family was bundled in with the Saban/Fox Kids sale, if Disney didn't buy Fox Family (along with Saban/Fox Kids assets), it would mean no ex-Saban shows on Jetix. Same for whatever reason Fox/Saban just wanted to sell the channel.

maybe Disney would launch Jetix but without ex saban shows but that means no channel

Or if Saban Entertainment continued to exist independently, Disney could buy the TV rights to the shows for the Jetix block as they wouldn't of own them.
