I think even Disney XD might be relatively safe in the US, due to the fact US is a big country and the fact that cable channel contracts are still a difficult thing, so that they might want to play safe and keep the thing going for some time.

I guess this means that finally, after a long time, local Nat Geo's will have more to do with the Disney channels, maybe including the Fox channels (?).
In most EMEA countries, a Fox-Nat Geo division still exists, while Disney's are run separately.

Personally, I think it's a bad idea to let broadcasters have freedom in advertising with no hourly limit, and I'm glad Italy sticks to the old limit (actually, before recently, it was less than 12 minutes).
12 minutes is good enough as a balance, per hour.. but having them decide the quota...
