Born Haruno Shiobana, Giorno is the son of the vampire DIO (using Jonathan Joestar’s body) and a Japanese woman. Inspired by a nice gangster who helped him as a child, Giorno has made it his mission in life to become part of the mafia and rise through its ranks to become its leader, determined to stop the drug trade that has targeted Italy’s youth. Sometime recently, his hair turned from black to blonde and he manifested a Stand known as Golden Wind, which has the ability to give anything it touches life. Giorno most often uses this ability to transform inanimate objects into living creatures.

A member of the Passione mafia, Bruno is one of the more righteous members, sharing Giorno’s desire to uproot the organization from the inside. His Stand, Zipper Man, can create zippers, which can either sever things in two or create pocket dimensions within objects that can hold either himself or other items.

Guido Mista
Voiced by: Sean Chiplock
Stand: Six Bullets (JP: Sex Pistols)
Abilities: Bullet Control and Enhanced Reloading
Stats: Destructive Power - E / Speed - C / Range - B / Persistence - A / Precision - A / Developmental Potential - B
Namesakes: “Insalata mista” (Italian for “mixed salad”) / Sex Pistols (British punk rock band)
Mista is the laid-back member of Team Bucciarati, the most sociable and carefree with a desire for an easy life, a calmness that helps him to focus even in the heat of battle. At the same time, he is the most prone to casual violence for the pettiest of reasons. Mista also has an intense phobia of the number four, refusing to get into situations where the number comes up. Mista’s Stand, Six Bullets, is a Colony Stand type made up of six bullet-like creatures (numbered 1 to 7, skipping 4) that can help guide and control the bullets shot out of Mista’s gun via rebounding shots mid-air, as well as reloading the gun for Misa. Despite being Stands, each of the Six Bullets have distinct personalities separate from their user, can have conversations with Mista, and even eat food.

Trish Una

Stand: Spicy Lady (JP: Spice Girl)
Ability: Softening

The estranged daughter of the Passione’s boss, Trish never knew her father and lived the first 15 years of her life with her mother until her passing. After this, she found herself placed under the mob’s protection, switching hands until winding up in the care of Buccarati’s group. Now she is targeted by her own father and his personal assassins, who intends to snuff her out to ensure his identity remains secret. While on their journey, Trish has manifested her own Stand, Spicy Lady, who has the ability to soften any material it touches into a rubber-like consistency.

Jean Pierre Polnareff
Voiced by: Doug Erholtz
Namesakes: Jean-Paul Belmondo (actor) / Michel Polnareff (musician)
In 1987, Jean Pierre Polnareff set off on a mission to hunt down the man with two left hands who killed his sister, with his search leading him into the clutches of the century-old vampire known as DIO. However, he was saved by the Joestar family, and aided them on their quest to kill DIO, exacting his revenge on his sister's killer along the way. Though he parted with his companions once their mission was complete, he kept in touch with Jotaro during the 90s, when the two of them learned of the Arrows. Polnareff's investigations alerted the attention of Diavolo, the Passione's boss, who personally confronted him. While Polnareff managed to escape, the encounter cost him an eye and his legs, and he went underground until the moment was right. That moment came when Buccarati's group stood to challenge the Boss, and with an Arrow in hand, Polnareff was ready to help put an end to the devil once and for all. But just before he could pass the Arrow onto Buccarati, Diavolo killed him. However Polnareff's Stand, Silver Chariot, was pierced by the Arrow just before death, and transformed into a new form: Chariot Requiem, which transferred his soul to the body of the turtle Coco Large, where he now lives on.

Stand: Chariot Requiem
Abilities: Regeneration, Grand Scale Soul Manipulation, Stand Manipulation, Complete Alteration of All Life
Stats: Destructive Power - E / Speed - E / Range - A / Persistence - A / Precision - E / Developmental Potential - A
Namesakes: The Chariot (tarot card) / Requiem (Mozart composition)
Chariot Requiem was once Polnareff’s Stand, Silver Chariot, which had been a close range combat Stand he was born with and helped him in the battle against DIO. However, after being pierced by the Arrow, it evolved, becoming a terrifying autonomous Stand, able to alter the souls of living beings. Upon activation, it puts every living creature within an unknown radius to sleep, who will, when awoken, find themselves in the body of the closest person (or animal) they were near when put under. To Stand users, this soul alteration means a boost in their abilities; However, if they try to attack Chariot Requiem directly, their own Stand will turn on them. Lastly, a soul’s prolonged exposure to Chariot Requiem will alter the body in some kind of otherworldly eldritch abomination. Despite having no known combat abilities of its own, Chariot Requiem is still, by far, one of the most dangerous Stands to ever exist.

Vinegar Doppio
Voiced by: Griffin Burns
Stand: Epitaph (sub-ability of Emperor Crimson)
Ability: Precognition
Stats: Destructive Power - A / Speed - A / Range - E / Persistence - E / Precision - Unknown / Developmental Potential - Unknown
Namesakes: Vinegar (aqueous solution of acetic acid, often used in flavoring food) / Doppio (Italian for “double”) / Epitaph
Vinegar Doppio is the consigliere, underboss, of Passione, being the only one in the organization to report directly to the Boss and send out his orders. To most, Doppio appears to be a meek, cowardly teenager, and for the most part this is true. But when it comes to the Boss, Doppio is fiercely loyal and will do anything to serve him. In actuality, however, Doppio is really the Boss’s alter ego, a split-personality which allows him to move undetected while maintaining his anonymity. Doppio is completely unaware of this, but receives orders by talking to the boss through random objects that he believes are telephones. Doppio is able to use a portion of Emperor Crimson’s power, namely the precognition ability of Epitaph to see five seconds into the future, as well as briefly materialize Emperor Crimson’s arms for self defense.

Diavolo
Voiced by: Kellen Goff
Stand: Emperor Crimson (JP: King Crimson)
Ability: Time Erasure and Precognition
Stats: Destructive Power - A / Speed - A / Range - E / Persistence - E / Precision - Unknown / Developmental Potential - Unknown
Namesakes: Diavolo (Italian for “devil”) / King Crimson (British rock band)
Diavolo is the elusive leader of the Italian mafioso gang known as Passione. His identity is a complete mystery that he intends on upholding at all costs, which has now been threatened upon the discovery of his long lost daughter Trish. His Stand, the terrifying Emperor Crimson, has the seemingly unstoppable ability to perceive ten seconds ahead into the future and erase the events that would have transpired during that time (example: If someone tries to shoot the Boss with a gun, the Boss can erase the moment that the bullet would have pierced his body and remain unharmed). No one other than the Boss is able to remember or perceive those ten seconds, and only the Boss can alter events during it.

Episodio 36 (149)
“Diavolo Surfaces”
Chapters adapted: 578-583

Previously on JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure:
Members of the group attempted to retrieve the arrow, but they discovered that Chariot Requiem has the ability to turn their Stands against them. Bucciarati ordered Mista to shoot his still-unconscious body, assuming it was possessed by Diavolo. However, shortly afterwards they experienced time erasure, during which Diavolo use Emperor Crimson to impale Giorno's body containing Narancia on broken iron bars. Although Giorno was able to heal the wounds on his own body, he couldn't save Narancia, who had already died, and his soul re-entered his own body. Because Diavolo was active, Polnareff deduced that he has two personalities and that Doppio's soul must be inside Bucciarati's body while Diavolo's soul is inside someone else's. Bucciarati suspected that Diavolo killed Narancia to eliminate the team's radar and approach them undetected.

The group then chased after Chariot Requiem; after catching up to it, Bucciarati tripped the Stand, which dropped the arrow and walked on without it. Polnareff, no longer being a Stand user, was able to grab it without being attacked back, though doing so attracted Chariot Requiem's attention. As it charged back towards him, he urged Mista to quickly pierce his own Stand with the arrow before Chariot Requiem could take it back.

Now:
The victims of Chariot Requiem begin to emerge and are found to be horribly disfigured. Bucciartati and the crew fight to take back the arrow, while Giorno has a horrifying revelation.

"But still...I miss you."
And I don't want to--NO, I hate that song and I'm not referencing it twice!

Just as I was thinking Mista had become the girl in a shonen series.

Just because you're in a girl's body does not mean you can try to make it pole dance.

Now he's started Cronenberging everybody.

Oh great. Now everyone's turning into mutants. But not the cool X-men kind.

So, trying to find out which of your friends is the enemy in a test that involves blood. Anyone else getting The Thing flashbacks?

The arrow or your kneecaps. Which is it?

Don't you see? The bad guy was inside you the whole time!

He's the smothering parent type.

You can tell by the way I use my walk, I'm a Requiem, no time to talk...

Ahh, he predicted the bullet prediction lines that predicted the bullet--damn you SAO...

Fitting to her outfit's theme, she divided her stand and subtracted the arrow.

Spare the Stand and spoil the child, huh?

Now getting into some body horror stuff.

The twist was the shadow and the light casting it. Huhn.

Total battle of the wits and back-ups.

Trish! That looks pretty fatal of a hole. So uh... will Mista be stuck in her body forever? Hoo boy, the bodies are gonna start piling up, aren't they?
