The Sky Cinema channels are listed in the PDF provided, they have to meet full requirements on subtitling/closed captioning.
Finally, I got it now and thank you for helping.

Which is sadly what's lacking in Italy, even for subtitles, although there's a growing number of channels doing that
Bummer, their government seems not do anything to make closed caption and subtitles required on TV channels.

SRMG partners with WBD CEE, MENA, Mediterranean for the launch of Asharq Discovery.

The first time where Discovery invests in FTA Documentary content was in 2015, when Discovery launched Quest Arabiya, in partnership with Image Nation in Abu Dhabi, and lasts about 4 years, until May 2019.

Warner Bros. Discovery, the world's leading media and entertainment company, and the Saudi Research and Media Group (SRMG), a leader in the Middle East and North Africa, announced on Tuesday that they have signed a long-term partnership to launch "Al Sharq Discovery", the new Arabic-language TV channel, to join the media and platforms provided by SRMG.

“The entertainment industry in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is experiencing an incredible transformation and exponential growth, providing opportunities for content creators and viewers,” said Jaime Cooke, General Manager, Warner Bros. Discovery, Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Turkey.

He added: “After we established our Discovery brand in TV channels and successfully launched the Discovery+ broadcast service last year, the launch of a new channel in the region, in partnership with SRMG, comes as an important step for us in our quest to create an integrated media and entertainment ecosystem, and this partnership supports our strategy to develop business in the Middle East and increase our effective presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

Jumana Rashid Al-Rashed, CEO of SRMG, said: “This strategic cooperation with Warner Bros. Discovery International enhances our ability to provide more vibrant and innovative Arabic content, in modern ways and from multiple platforms, so this partnership is an additional step forward, reflecting the extent. The group’s commitment to providing diverse and exclusive content to different viewers.”

"And with the distinction that Discovery has long been known for in producing high-quality documentaries, we look forward to working together to provide unique media content, provide new job opportunities and global training programs, in addition to enabling our ever-growing viewers to benefit from the reach of this global media network.”

Launched in 2023, the "Asharq Discovery" aims to connect viewers in the MENA region with the world, in parallel with providing content that tells distinctive Arabic stories and presents unique experiences, in order to create content that attracts viewers and keeps pace with the development of the media scene in the region.

Exclusive and diverse content

Asharq Discovery will offer viewers thousands of hours of innovative entertainment content, originals, premieres and exclusive shows, and a variety of programs to suit different interests, including: “simplified science and engineering, cars and engines, wildlife and nature, adventure and travel, lifestyle, and documentaries.”

Both have also plans to produce high-quality joint works that contribute to enhancing the harmony between media content and local culture, to be distributed globally through the Discovery Network.

The logo may be for the prelaunch, before they change it, as Asharq News was supposed to be launched as Bloomberg Asharq and Bloomberg Arabia.

LONDON, Sept 27 (Reuters) - Sport video streaming platform DAZN on Tuesday said it had agreed to buy ELEVEN Group's global sports media businesses to bolster its portfolio of rights, including the top soccer leagues in Portugal and Belgium.

DAZN said the deal would also complement its offer in Italy, German-speaking markets and Spain, where it already holds top tier domestic football rights, and will take it into Taiwan and other Southeast Asian markets.

Team Whistle, a short-form original social media content provider, is also included in the deal, which will bring total revenue of around $300 million a year, DAZN said.

Terms were not disclosed, but a source close to the deal said the price was at the lower end of a typical two to three times multiple, in part because it was structured as a share-purchase agreement.

DAZN Group CEO Shay Segev said the deal was "a big step forward in our mission to be the leading global sports platform".

ELEVEN was founded in 2015 by Italian entrepreneur Andrea Radrizzani, who is the majority owner of English Premier League club Leeds United.

He will join DAZN's board after completion, DAZN said.

Backed by billionaire Len Blavatnik, DAZN has expanded into more than 200 countries, offering sports including soccer and boxing. Last year it won the right to screen Serie A live matches in Italy with a 2.5 billion euro ($2.7 billion) bid.

ELEVEN Group was advised by Guggenheim Securities.

Branco set his Management team for France, Benelux, and Africa.

I wish if France and Benelux was split from WBD EMEA like Poland, and that Branco was promoted to CEO of WBD France & Benelux, as Africa is a huge market, and that CN Portugal is available in Angola and Mozambique.

Two days ago, Antenna 3 has became Antenna 3 CNN. The worst brand ever, but better than CNN Prima News (The channel that should be sold to Prima itself).

Nat Geo and Nat Geo Wild, historical channels in Italy just as in the UK, along with Baby TV, shut down on the 1st of October; and UK can't be too far behind, since there are signs for it
You know, in UK, losing Nat Geo and Nat Geo Wild will blow way less than in Italy, they do have some more documentary channels...

last September 13 at about 12:40pm, AMBS (which took over ABS-CBN channel 2 frequency last Jan 5) recently launched its new "AllTV" network on the said frequency

the first program was "Sama All sa Saya All sa AllTV" live launch event, which is hosted by Willie Revillame and guests (like Toni Gonzaga, Ciara Sotto and Anthony Taberna), that event started with this video.
