Found a track that played in "Hook, Line and Stinker": "Peeping Tom" (aka "The Cheeky Chappy") by Phillip Green.

Small update: "Mechanical Underscore" by Phil Green (heard in "A Bird in a Bonnet") can be found on the APM website with the title "The Operator."

Yep, I've also heard it in the Gumby episode "Lion Around" (a.k.a. "Lion Drive").
