Netflix cartoons/anime 2022 predictions

What predictions for next year do you have related to Netflix on the animation and anime sides? Here are some of mine:

• The Cuphead Show premieres in early 2022.
• Green Eggs and Ham Season 2 premieres.
• The new season of Disenchantment premieres.
• Inside Job Season 2 premieres.
• A "magical girl"-themed Netflix Anime Original is announced.
• Chicken Run 2 release date announced.
• Guillermo Del Toro's release date announced.
• Richard Linklater's Apollo 10 1/2 release date announced.
• Netflix, Mondo Media, and Kenn Navarro team up to bring forth new Happy Tree Friends content, new episodes especially, created exclusively for Netflix.

That would be Hasbro's call, not Netflix's. Netflix doesn't own Jem and the Holograms. Hasbro could produce a new Jem series and then sell the broadcasting rights to Netflix.

It probably is, but Hasbro would still need to greenlight such a project before it could go to Netflix because it's Hasbro who owns the IP.

^^And even then, it's not a given that Netflix would be willing to bid on such a project. Jem is pretty much dead as a franchise right now thanks to that craptacular live-action movie. Producers such as Lauren Faust and Sandra Equhia each had their own pitches for Jem reboots, but both of them were scrapped after the movie bombed. Maybe after a few more years when the stink of that film has completely wafted away and everybody's forgotten about it.

I think Happy Tree ain't coming back, everyone is sick of the formula. I bet season 3 of Love, Death and Robots is released in 2022.
