I always thought Carol Burnett would have fit in well on the original New Scooby Movies too, considering she was famous in the '70s as well.
Cool to hear! Some iconic stars in this one .
They actually did it. This was my most wanted potential story for this show and they actually went and did it? Thank you. Thank you.A small spoiler, though I think it's already been confirmed the main characters' voice actors will guest-star as themselves, Tracy Mark Lee also shared their designs-
This was discussed in the thread before, here and here. Only 52 episodes, and we're still technically waiting for the last 11 or so to officially premiere in the US (even though they have debuted internationally). I still find it weird they never really advertised the show too much, despite how many stars they managed to get as guest-stars.Any word about a season 3 yet or has it already ended?.

Realism? In a Scooby-Doo cartoon? Well, I guess they are interacting with real people .Based on a brief comment from Tracy Mark Lee, it looks like the Hex Girls episode was supposed to be about KISS.
Ok, so it was always planned to be 52 episodes the whole time.
Does that mean a new Scooby-Doo cartoon could possibly be in production?.
There is ALWAYS something Scooby-Doo related in production over at WB. While Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? is technically finished (just waiting for a US airdate), we have the following coming up:
- The Scooby-Doo Reunion Special (CW Special)
- Straight Outta Nowhere: Scooby-Doo Meets Courage the Cowardly Dog (DTV)
- Scooby-Doo and Krypto Too! (DTV)
- Velma (Adult Animated Series)
I'm sure the DTV's won't be stopping anytime soon and a child appropriate animated series will be in production soon enough.
I'm always amazed how WB are able to keep churning out Scooby DTV's and 52 episode animated series' with no real merchandise, a lack of sponsor or channel interest and mediocre sales/ratings. Yet something like Justice League Action is dropped in a hot second...
Even when Scooby Doo doesn't do well theatrically (like how the 2002 movie made money but didn't get the best reception, while the 2004 movie did a bit better critically but not financially), it still doesn't dent the franchise in the least. Compare that to something like the Looney Tunes, where Back In Action doing poorly at the box office caused the franchise to go in a standstill.I'm always amazed how WB are able to keep churning out Scooby DTV's and 52 episode animated series' with no real merchandise, a lack of sponsor or channel interest and mediocre sales/ratings. Don't be too amazed, this is the same company that refuses to let Teen Titans Go die...I'm always amazed how WB are able to keep churning out Scooby DTV's and 52 episode animated series' with no real merchandise, a lack of sponsor or channel interest and mediocre sales/ratings.
