In before it's the DCAMU Titans .
Darran Aronofsky on Plastic Man sounds so random .
I'm partial to the Wolfman/Perez NTT, but I guess I need to stop living in the past (unless the movie is going to be set in the 1980s).I'm hoping they're taking inspiration from the current run, with the Titans taking over for the Justice League while dealing with Amanda Waller.
Yep it's true, the issue with all the Titans runs after Wolfman/Perez was how they constantly tried to copy it, the reason I'm enjoying the current run so much is because it is starting to do something more original.I'm partial to the Wolfman/Perez NTT, but I guess I need to stop living in the past (unless the movie is going to be set in the 1980s).
That sounds plausible. That film had no direct crossovers with the other EU characters. They could totally say it was set in this new continuity with no problems.@James Harvey pointed out this movie could see the DCU version of Xolo Maridueña's Blue Beetle show up.
I have a sneaking suspicion that is correct, but I too have more of a love for the NTT. It's similar to how I feel about X-Men, I may want to see them adapt the core 60's team, but the X-Men from Claremont, Wein, and Cockrum is so iconic, it almost has to exist.A part of me thinks they're jumping the gun a little doing the Titans so soon into this new movie universe...even knowing full well they're one of DC's most recognizable and popular IP's.
But I'm expecting it'll probably be this in live-action form:
And Gunn did say Maridueña would reprise his role in future projects after all.@James Harvey pointed out this movie could see the DCU version of Xolo Maridueña's Blue Beetle show up.
DCAMU live-action Titans are a go I guess .
