Both series premiered in the late 2000's on Nickelodeon, but one ran for several seasons (and is a licensed product, produced by Nick), while the other was short lived but is considered by some to be a "hidden gem" of the era.

Don’t really care either way, but I’ll go with El Tigre.

This is a tough choice since I really like both series. I think I'll go with Penguins of Madagascar primarily because I remember it being more consistently funny and entertaining.

I do like El Tigre and I think it is an underrated series, so I'd be happy with either series winning to be honest.

El Tigre needs to win for simply being more original and criminally underrated, IMHO. My vote goes there.
