Series Description: Young Justice - In Young Justice, being a teenager means proving yourself over and over—to peers, parents, teachers, mentors and, ultimately, to yourself. But what if you’re not just a normal teenager? What if you’re a teenage super hero? Are you ready to join the ranks of the great heroes and prove you’re worthy of the Justice League? That’s exactly what the members of Young Justice — Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian and Artemis—will find out, whether they have what it takes to be a proven hero. Yeah, that incarnation of Superboy is far too totally radical for modern audiences.

But maybe I could see him making an appearance in a Super Best Friends Forever short as Supergirl's "cousin" that she's embarrassed by.

Diana was the Roman version of the Greek goddess Artemis. That temple is still called the Temple of Artemis, so even though it was written at the height of the Roman Empire, it was probably "Artemis" in the original material.

I want to say braniac or darkeid. doomsday (assuming they go with his alien origin) would be a close third. Maybe and I know this is a long shot but perhaps it's the antimonitor (in a million years, I know).

It wouldn't be sinestro because he was featured in the green lantern animated movies and the animation is the same. it would have to be a character not seen yet in this new revamped dc animation (assuming of coarse).

On a side not (I know this is a really old question) but I know the JSA is dead in this continuity but do we know if the spectre is still roaming around? How I would love to see him.
