C&C - Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead Talkback Thread [3/30-TBA]

Well, Tokyo Ghoul had the scene where Kaneki barged in on that ghoul guy having sex with his human girlfriend. Okay, let's try to get back on track to Zom 100 discussion, but it is notable that even seinen anime don't seem to go full Game of Thrones as sexual scenes seem to be brief and to the point. I have seen all of Zom 100 on Crunchyroll and this is as spicy as it gets.

I was surprised the comedian was shown in bed with the airline hostess. Honestly, we have almost never seen that sort of thing on a Toonami show. The only characters I can think of who were shown in bed with a naked woman are Kira Yamato and Gene Starwind… and of course since Outlaw Star and Gundam Seed were in the CN era, Toonami had to edit those scenes.

Edit: I forgot about Kirito and Asuna in Sword Art Online.

Although Outlaw Star aired unedited (for the most part) on Toonami 2017-2018, so we got to see Gene with that shower woman in the first episode. Can't say the same for Gundam Seed, but at least I have it on DVD.

Synopsis: After remembering his childhood dream, Akira goes to the aquarium to grab an important item he needs. Having found what he'd been searching for, he encounters a group of survivors who are being chased by zombies. Among them is "Miss Risk Analysis."

Although Outlaw Star aired unedited (for the most part) on Toonami 2017-2018, so we got to see Gene with that shower woman in the first episode. Can't say the same for Gundam Seed, but at least I have it on DVD.

It would be great if they could air Gundam Seed again, now that there is a new movie out. There is a remastered (or really reanimated) version on blu-ray with a new dub that they could air. That show is one of my favorites, but it was one of the first to get screwed by CN on the Saturday Toonami block.

Looking forward to tonight’s episode. The show has had mediocre ratings so far, but tonight has the main character becoming a superhero if the commercial is any indication… maybe that will help the action oriented Toonami fans get more into this zombie comedy.
