It would've been kind of interesting to see them adapt Death/Reign in the DCAU, even though they'd already brought in Steel.

Maybe the DCAU could have brought in the alternate Supermen without (temporarily) killing off Superman again. Jump right into the Reign story. But Superboy might be too similar to Galatea, I guess.

In Justice League Revisited's Metamorphosis episode this week, Len Uhley reveals
-A JL premise he pitched was "a very dark one with Dr. Light" (16:03 mark)
-In an early version of Metamorphosis, Rex was not a 'nice fellow' and was a fixer (17:53 mark)
-In an early version of Metamorphosis, Metamorpho died at the end. (52:10)

I'm assuming they mean the Arthur Light version...would've been interesting to see the DCAU tackle him compare to the Teen Titans cartoon.

Kind of glad they didn't go too far with Rex or kill him off :ack:.

Kevin Altieri revealed a bit more about the deleted Batman vs. Batman fight in Heart of Steel Part 2 and also in general all the fight scenes went long like the Bullock duplicant at GCPD.

17:13-17:41
That rooftop thing with Bullock. There was a lot more. There's a lot more combat going on there. Oh, just Batman trying to just Bullock just going after Batman. He's unstoppable. There's just more and more of that. Every fight was just overly long.

17:55-19:22
There is. Brad found the storyboard. Yeah and it's a shame because that--it--I just had---I kept in there for so long. I did not want to lose that because before H.A.R.D.A.C. blows up and everything, Batman, it's like Batman looks up and after all the other ones are destroyed, the last replicant comes out and it's Batman and he just dives at camera and then you cut outside and then you know now that Gordon's safe and Rossum and everyone's outside. Barbara said, "Where are you, going?" It's like "I'm going back to help Batman." And she helps Batman and it's the first time that she actually fights because they're in this boiler room that of course of course the whole, they have to have a boiler room in there and it's just him and Batman fighting. We talked about it. Me and Brad talked about it and Brad drew it but it's like everything that's on Batman like the scallops on his gloves, they come out and he's slashing at Batman and Barbara Gordon comes up behind him and I'm like there's got to be a giant wrench in there so she actually gets his attention with the giant wrench. Bang! You can hit him on the head, it doesn't matter.

Today I found out there is a new PBS Retro FAST channel available on The Roku Channel. I also learned that I can access it when I thought I wouldn't be able to. PBS Retro has a lot of great shows I never thought I'd see again. Awesome!
It looks like Bob Backish may be out as CEO of Paramount. Can David Zaslav be next? Please?
nick.com has banner (since past few weeks) has KCA 2024 on July 13 at 8pm. But no further news, nor any promos for it yet.

I thought Nick would get new promos for other shows or new episodes, but still NOTHING.
Why is it automatically assumed that if a person were to suddenly gain super powers they'll put on tights and either immediately decide to save the world or conquer/destroy it?
