Boomerang CEE Schedule and Highlights for July 2021

- New episodes of Alice and Lewis (S1.2) start airing on 5th July, probably the final ones (if a new season won't be announced), daily at 19.00 CET, until 16th July. Since the morning edition of Boomerang Playground is currently replaced by the Around the World with Scooby-Doo block, that means that the new Alice won't have any reruns until the episodes are taken off again from the start after the premieres are done.
- Lamput returns with new episodes (S3.4) which will air for a week, from 12th till 18th July, at 16.45 CET. Both showings will be after The Tom and Jerry Show.
- The Boomerang's Best Friends marathon, with episodes of Mr. Bean, will return this month from 10th July, airing weekends from 12.00 till 15.00 CET. Seriously, don't they have more original ideas for new themed blocks?
- Continuing: Around the World with Scooby-Doo! (ongoing) and Boomerang Playground (ongoing).

(Other) schedule changes:
- Because of the new times on which new episodes of Lamput are airing, it will loose its initial slots at 11.40/11.45 and 14.50 CET. The former slot will only be reserved for The Tom and Jerry Show whenever a filler is needed after the Scooby-Doo marathon.

(All times CET, changes are bolded; slots marked in jungle green are part of Boomerang Playground; slots marked in grass green are part of Around the World with Scooby-Doo!)

For pretty much everywhere EXCEPT NORTH AMERICA...
usually these acquisitions are for every Boomerang international market except for America. Even the LA / BR feeds are getting it in August.

I expect Ninja Express to premiere here on CEE either in August or this fall

Ok, i saw about SkyCable free previewed Boomerang via Channel 1 (Sneak Peek) (rather than Channel 42, which is usually Boomerang's channel placement on SkyCable) on June 19-July 3, next channel was Cinemax

During that period, i watched nothing but The Powerpuff Girls (1998), Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! and Unikitty! on channel 1.

Proof is here

Boomerang CEE Schedule and Highlights for August 2021

- New episodes of Mush-Mush and The Mushables (S1.2, E27-52) premiere on 30th August, airing weekdays at 17.00 CET. The final episodes of the season, including two special half-hour ones, will be included in this batch.
- "Let's Play Detective", a block which started this January, will return this month and will air weekdays, from 2nd August, from 14.00 till 17.00 CET all until the end of Summer, on 31st. As part of the block, Sherlock Holmes Jr will "help" kids find clues that "emerge" during the shows and solve riddles. As part of the block Tom and Jerry, Mr. Bean and Grizzy and the Lemmings will air, while Taffy returns to the daytime schedule for this marathon.
- A marathon with Baby Looney Tunes, "Baby Looney Tunes Weekend", starts on 7th August and will air weekends from 12.00 till 15.00 CET, replacing the Mr. Bean ("Boomerang's Best Friends") marathon. The block will air until 29th August.
- Continuing: Boomerang’s Best Friends (on 01/08), Around the World with Scooby-Doo! (till 31/08) and Boomerang Playground (ongoing)

Schedule changes:
- Lamput is gone from the schedule this month, as it will loose both its 07.45 CET airing from 2nd August onwards and the 16.45 CET from the very beginning of the month.
- Grizzy and Taffy will both replace Be Cool Scooby-Doo at 15.00 CET on weekdays, by airing each for two half-hours.
- Scooby-Doo and Guess Who returns to the schedule this month, airing from 7th August weekends at 15.00 CET instead of Be Cool. The show does NOT return for new episodes, which is somehow surprising, as the channel still likes to usually treat BCSD as their top Scooby series.
- Agent Binky: Pets of The Universe also returns, airing from 16th August at 18.00 CET replacing Kingdom Force which will be completely gone, probably forever (unless a new season will be made soon).

(All times CET, changes are bolded; slots marked in jungle green are part of Boomerang Playground; slots marked in grass green are part of Around the World with Scooby-Doo!; slots marked in hot pink are part of Let's Play Detective)

Meanwhile, this may be old news, but the Romanian sub-feed of Boomerang CEE has finally updated the ad break bumpers ever since the beginning of this July. For some time the bumpers from the 2015 rebrand were still used with the current look, along with some clips with the 2015 endboard, which looked off. Now, they have finally got rid of every element of the 2015 look on the Romanian sub-feed, it was about time. They even made new clip fillers with the current look endboard. We, Romanians, basically had two rebrands mixed together until now. I think they finally realised this themselves :D

Question: Does anyone know the name of the music track used for the Great Toon Mysteries bumpers?

Meanwhile, Mush-Mush promo on BM CEE has the text-less bumper plastered over the UK, or Australian Version of the promo.

Why is it automatically assumed that if a person were to suddenly gain super powers they'll put on tights and either immediately decide to save the world or conquer/destroy it?
